The Process Behind Our Designs

Every good design starts with “what if we…?”.

Dream Draw Build is an Atlanta-based design studio rooted in a firm belief in the equal importance of both process and flexibility. Each client is different, as is their dream. So, each path we build from concept to completion takes the specific needs of each client and their story into consideration.

This requires both listening and asking the right questions. Dream Draw Build believes deeply in the importance of collaboration and the “We”. That is why our process relies heavily on client interaction and feedback.

Our Story

From our Founder, Jaemi Hynes

“ Dream Draw Build is a design studio born of a passion for storytelling using the built environment. I have spent nearly 20 years employed at Architecture and Interior Design Firms in Orlando, New York City, and Atlanta specializing in hotels, restaurants, breweries/distilleries, eatertainment concepts, retail, and other creative F&B experiences.

My firm experience has given me great knowledge of the industry and the process. With my sole venture, I have the flexibility to approach the design process in a more creative and efficient way since I am not bound by “the way things are done”. In an ever-changing and increasingly fast-paced future, the ability to think creatively not only about your design, but the process as well, gives me an edge. In my practice, I utilize BIM 3D software to build models and walk-through’s of each space as well as to create permit sets.

I also retain a large network of trusted MEP & structural engineers, Architects, Lighting Consultants, Graphic Designers, and other Interior Designers that I can contract and collaborate with depending on each projects’ needs. ”
